Very well-lit bedroom with a bed, desk, and a wardrobe. Large windows with morning sun.
Flat is like new (building circa 2015). It is located in the heart of Berlin, in a very cozy and safe neighborhood (Mitte). It has a large living room, a large kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 balconies. It is on the 5th floor, and there's a large and modern elevator. The walls are 2.4m high. There is a large basement locker (Keller), as well as an underground garage parking spot (for an additional fee). The entire flat has floor heating, and all windows are triple-paned (not that this is really needed, since the neighborhood is very calm, but when closed, you cannot hear anything from outside). There's a dishwasher and a washing machine (with dryer function). We have access to a shared garden. An underground garage parking spot is available for an extra fee.
Public transportation is literally downstairs.
Walking time to S-Bahn: 1 min.
Walking time to tram: 2 min.
Walking time to U-Bahn: 8 min.
The listed rent includes all amenities: water, heating, and electricity. The flat is fully furnished (down to towels and bed linens; of course you can bring your own stuff ;-))! The only thing that isn't included in the rent is the internet, and the broadcast tax (i.e. Rundfunkbeitrag).
Note: The bedroom itself is 11m2, but you also have a small balcony of yours, half the cellar, and your own bathroom.
Flat is located 2 min by foot from the S-Bahn and tram. There is a bio grocery store, a coffee shop, as well as many restaurants in the same building, on ground level. The flat is located in the heart of Mitte, one of the most beautiful and safest areas of Berlin.
