Flat is like new (building circa 2015). It has a large living room, a large kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 balconies. It is on the 5th floor. The walls are 2.4m high. There is a large basement locker (Keller), as well as an underground garage parking spot. The entire flat has floor heating, and all windows are triple-paned (not that this is really needed, since the neighborhood is very calm, but when closed, you cannot hear anything from outside).
Please note that the listed rent includes everything: all amenities (water and electricity), as well as the internet. The flat is fully furnished (down to towels and bed linens; of course you can bring your own stuff ;-))!
Flat is located 2 min by foot from the S-Bahn and tram. There is a bio grocery store, a coffee shop, as well as many restaurants in the same building, on ground level. The flat is located in the heart of Mitte, one of the most beautiful and safest areas of Berlin.
