1 Zimmer ca. 20qm in 3,5 Raum Wohnung, eine Wand leicht schräg (keine 90° Winkel), Fenster + Balkontür, Hochbett eingebaut, sonst keine Möbel, Balkonanteil, kein gegenüber außer Gott ;) , grün, angenehmes Raumklima, im Winter hell, im Sommer angenehm schattig durch die Bäume vor dem Fenster, laut durch Straßenbahn. Küche und Geräte sind zur Mitbenutzung vorhanden (WM, GS, Tief-Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle).

2xStraßenbahn, U-Bahn in ca.5 min, Auto wäre also Quatsch. Kneipe im Nachbarhaus, sonst auch alles in der Nähe. Kirchengebimmel.

Ich bin 53, männlich, arbeite viel im Homeoffice (Geoinformatik), bin sonst eigentlich unsichtbar. An Gemeinsamkeiten eher nicht interessiert. Ruhig wäre schön, bitte keine Streaming-Weltmeister. Die Handhabung von Türklinken sollte erlernt sein. Der andere Mieter ist Student o. ä. und arbeitet z. T. auch im Homeoffice (Veranstaltungszeugs). Keine gemeinsamen Unternehmungen (Kochen o. ä.) gewünscht. Es ist also eher eine Untermiete als eine WG.

Miete 438,- komplett, alles enthalten (Gas, Strom, GEZ, Telekommunikation), pünktlich am Monatsanfang. Anpassungen jährlich entsprechend der Anpassungen bei Gas/Strom/Nebenkosten/Miete. Zimmer ist ab 1.11.2024 frei und sollte ab diesem Zeitpunkt auch gemietet werden. Nur Einzelmieter. Ich bin Raucher in meinem Zimmer.
Warum Frau? In 30 Jahren einfach etwas bessere Erfahrungen (Ruhe/Sauberkeit/Selbstorganisation). Keine anderen Interessen. Gerne langfristig, keine Kurzfristmieten. Kein TV-Anschluss.
