Ich vermiete mein schönes 12qm Zimmer mit Blick auf den Fernsehturm, da ich ins Ausland gehe. Es ist nichts besonderes, aber es gibt Platz für alles was man braucht. Zur WG gehört außerdem ein großzügiges Wohn-/ bzw. Esszimmer und ein Balkon, sowie ein modernes Bad und eine süße Küche.
Die Wohnung liegt nur 6 Gehminuten vom Alexanderplatz entfernt, dem Herzen Berlins. Dort ist immer viel Trubel, trotzdem ist die Straße durch umliegende Häuser sehr ruhig. Der Ubahnhof Schillingstraße ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Außerdem gibt es einen Aldi quasi um die Ecke und weitere Einkaufsmärkte sind auch schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.
Es handelt sich eher um eine Zweck WG, trotzdem ist es wichtig, dass man gut miteinander auskommt. In der WG Leben 2 nette Jungs, beide um die 30 und viel beschäftigt (einer Student, der andere irgendwas mit IT). Sie sind eher ruhig und man sieht sie selten, aber wenn, dann sind sie immer für einen Plausch zu haben.

Hello,
I want to rent my lovely 12qm room in the heart of Berlin because I’m going abroad. It’s nothing fancy but there’s room for everything you need and you’ll have a view towards the TV-Tower. To the flat there also belongs a generous living room, a balcony, a modern bathroom and a cute kitchen.
The apartment is located only 6 minutes from the Alexanderplatz, the center of Berlin. Although there’s always a vivid hustle, the street is very quiet because of surrounding houses. The Subwaystation Schillingstraße is only 3 minutes away.
Moreover there’s an Aldi around the corner and other supermarkets are also easily reachable by foot.
You will live with two nice guys, both around 30 years old. One is a student, the other one does smth with IT. They are pretty quiet and you won’t see them often, but if so they are always open for a chat.
