Ich fliehe vor dem kalten Berliner Winter und vermiete für Januar und Februar mein Zimmer in Moabit! Die Wohnung ist ein super schöner Altbau mit hohen Decken, Stuck und Holzboden.
Das Zimmer ist 25qm groß. Die ganze Wohnung hat um die 100qm und ein sehr großes voll ausgestattetes Wohnzimmer. Bad und Toilette sind getrennt, was wir als WG immer als sehr praktisch empfunden haben. :)
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, mehreren Kaffeemaschinen, Mikrowelle & so on und einen Balkon gibt‘s auch.
Die Wohnung liegt im Stephankiez in Moabit, zwischen Birkenstraße und der Ringbahn Westhafen und ist gut angebunden. U9, Ringbahn und M10 sind fußläufig erreichbar, vor der Tür fahren mehrere Busse. Aldi, Penny und Edeka sind fußläufig erreichbar.
In dem Viertel gibt’s eine tolle Markthalle, viele schöne Cafés, Restaurants und einige Bars. Direkt unter der Wohnung liegt ein süßes Café (mit leckeren pain au chocolates) und wer auf Wellness steht: das Vabali Spa ist direkt um die Ecke!
Meine Mitbewohnerin wird im Januar und Februar auch nicht in Berlin sein. Wir vermieten die Zimmer einzeln oder die ganze Wohnung, je nachdem was ihr braucht :)
Möbel & Pflanzen sind uns heilig - bitte geht vernünftig mit allem um und gibt unseren Babys ein Schluck Wasser, wenn sie durstig sind 🌱
