ch suche ab 15. März ein:e Mitbewohner:in für zwei wunderschöne Zimmer mit Balkon (ca. 43 qm), Flur, und begehbarem Kleiderschrank/ Kammer - und Bad- und Küchenmitbenutzung (ca. 20 qm). Sie sind zentral in Nähe Hbf gelegen, hier hat man eine hohe Lebensqualität und sehr gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Die Zimmer haben einen separaten Eingang, sind typisch Berliner Altbau und sehr charmant. Die Nachbarschaft ist gewachsen und eher ruhig. In Küche und Bad ist Alles vorhanden: Küchenausstattung, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Badausstattung, Badewanne/ Dusche. Im WG-Flur habe ich ein E-Piano, das ich leider aus Zeitgründen ignoriere.
Die eigenen Räume (WZ, Balkon, SZ, Flur, Kammer) werden unmöbliert untervermietet. Falls Bedarf an Mobiliar besteht: das ist lösbar. Die Monatsmiete beträgt 900 Euro, sie enthält Neben- und Betriebskosten und Strom. Für GEZ fällt eine hälftige Kostenbeteiligung an. Das Mietverhältnis ist vom Verwalter auf vorerst ein Jahr begrenzt, kann aber so wie bisher verlängert werden. Die übliche Kaution von drei Monatsmieten fällt an.

I am looking for a flatmate from 15 March for two beautiful rooms with balcony (approx. 43 sqm), hallway, and walk-in wardrobe/closet - and shared bathroom and kitchen (approx. 20 sqm). They are centrally located near the main railway station, offering a high quality of life and very good public transport connections. The rooms have a separate entrance, are typical Berlin historic buildings and very charming. The neighbourhood is long-term and rather quiet. Everything is available in the kitchen and bathroom: Kitchen equipment, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, bathroom equipment, bathtub/shower. I have an electric piano in the corridor, which I unfortunately ignore due to time constraints.
Your own rooms (living room, balcony, bedroom, hallway, chamber) are sublet unfurnished. If there is a need for furniture: this can be solved. The monthly rent is 900 euros, including utilities and electricity. Half of the costs of GEZ are payable. The tenancy is initially limited to one year by the landlord, but can of course be extended. The usual deposit of three months' rent is payable.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist exzellent. Direkt vor der Tür ist der Bus, bis zum Hbf., zum S-Bahn Ring oder U-Bahn sind es zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten. Bis zum Zoo benötigt man daher max. 20 Minuten. Wir haben zwar gerade eine Baustelle vor dem Haus, aber davon hört man hier Nichts im 4. Stock und der Bus fährt zuverlässig. Parken kann man entweder direkt im Parkhafen vor dem Haupteingang oder an der Straße hinter dem Haus.
Direkt um die Ecke ist ein Sportpack mit viel Grün, und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind hervorragend. Charmante Cafés und Bars in der Nähe.

The transport connections are excellent. The bus is right outside the door, and it's about a 10-minute walk to the main railway station, the S-Bahn Ring or the underground. It takes a maximum of 20 minutes to get to the zoo. We have a construction site in front of the house, but you can't hear anything from the 4th floor and the bus runs reliably. You can park either directly in the car park in front of the main entrance or on the street behind the building.
Just around the corner is a sports park with lots of greenery, and the shopping facilities are excellent. Charming cafés and bars nearby.
Ich bin schon Ingenieur, studiere Wirtschaftsinformatik und arbeite im Saubere-Energien-Bereich. In meiner knappen Freizeit mache ich Digitalkunst, reise, schmökere oder bin in einem Konzert. Ich bin ein sehr aufgeräumter Mensch und habe die Wohnung jetzt fast so weit, dass sie sich selbst reinigt 😊
Dazu bin ich unkompliziert und socialize gerne, hierfür bietet sich auf jeden Fall die gemütliche Küche an. Die Nachbarn sind ruhig und alteingesessen, und man kann sich hier gut konzentrieren. Was noch? Ich spreche außer Englisch noch Dänisch, verstehe Schwedisch und Norwegisch gut, die Hoffnung auf bessere Französisch-Kenntnisse habe ich noch nicht aufgegeben.

I am already an engineer, study business informatics and work in the clean energy sector. In my limited free time, I make digital art, travel, browse or go to a concert. I'm a very tidy person and have almost got the flat to the point where it cleans itself 😊
I'm also easy-going and like to socialise, and the cosy kitchen is definitely the perfect place for this. The neighbours are quiet and long-established, and it's great to concentrate here. What else? I speak Danish as well as English, understand Swedish and Norwegian well, and I haven't given up hope of improving my French.
