Das Zimmer verfügt über eine Zentralheizung, hat eine große Fensterfront in Richtung Westen.
Die Wohnung umfasst etwa 280 qm, hat einen großen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Küche, es gibt zwei Klos/Bäder.

Die Lage ist ganz gut, der U-Bahnhof Boddinstraße ist fußläufig in unter 5 Minuten zu erreichen, das Tempelhofer Feld befindet sich in der Nähe.

Wir sind eine zur Zeit aus drei Frauen und vier Männern bestehende WG. Wir kochen und essen gerne gemeinsam (auch Fleisch). Einige Mitbewohner rauchen. Im großen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Wohnküche gibt es eine Couchecke, einen großen Esstisch und einen Tresen. Ab und zu laden wir gerne Freunde in unsere WG ein.

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in einer alten Fabriketage, und wir haben einen Gewerbemietvertrag. Wir sind bereits gekündigt worden, aber geben nicht auf und wehren uns gegen diese Zumutung. Ein Prozess ist eingeleitet, den wir durchaus auch gewinnen können. Aber es ist unsicher.
