Das gemütliche Zimmer ist ab 01.12.2024 frei bis 31.03.2025.
Es ist ein Berliner Zimmer, recht groß ( ca. 27qm) und möbliert ( ohne Deko, Felle ,etc.). Es gibt kein Bett, aber es gibt ein Schlafsofa und 2 Tatami-Matten, auf denen man schlafen kann. Es ist ein Nichtraucherzimmer.

Searching flatmate for 4 months.
The cosy room (27m²) is available from 1st of December 2024 until 31st of March 2025. The room is furnished but it has no bed, but a sleeping sofa and 2 japanese tatami mats. It is a non-smoker-room.
Die WG liegt im Norden Neuköllns. Die nächste U-Bahnstation ist die Schönleinstraße (U8), welche ca. 4 min zu Fuß entfernt liegt, bis zum Hermannplatz (U7, U8) benötigt man ca. 10 min zu Fuß. In der Nähe befinden sich etliche Restaurants, Bars und Kneipen und die Weserstraße, sowie der Maybachmarkt sind "um die Ecke". In der näheren Umgebung gibt es etliche Supermärkte.

The flat is located in the north of Neukölln. The next U-Bahn station is Schönleinstraße (U8), which is about 4 minutes by foot walking distance and Hermannplatz (U7,U8) which is 10 minutes away. There are severals bars and restaurants nearby and Weserstraße and Maybach market are around the corner. There are various super markets in walking distance.
Wir wünschen uns eine Person, die auf ein harmonisches und respektvolles Zusammenleben wert legt. Wenn du dich vegetarisch oder vegan ernährst und Interesse daran hast auch mal gemeinsam zu Kochen, wenn es sich zeitlich ergibt, bist du bei uns richtig.
Dein Mitbewohner Stefan ist als Systemadministrator tätig. Alles weitere wirst du beim persönlichen Kennenlernen (Keine Online-Termine!) erfahren.
Die Wohnungsbesichtigung kann nur am Abend erfolgen und für die Kürze der Mietdauer ist der Aufwand für eine Anmeldung zu groß. (Keine Anmeldung!)
Wie du auf den Bildern sehen kannst, sind in dem Zimmer einige Pflanzen. Es ist erforderlich, dass du bereit bist, dich um die Pflanzen zu kümmern und sie zu gießen. Außerdem solltest du sorgsam mit den dir überlassenen Gegenständen umgehen und dich am Putzen der Wohnung beteiligen. Wir legen auf eine saubere Wohnung wert, haben aber keinen Putzfimmel.
Für Raucher: In der Küche ist rauchen möglich.

We only have time in the evening for showing you the flat and due to the short term rental it is not possible to provide a registration (no "Anmeldung" possible!).
There a some plants in the room which need to be watered. You should be willing to take care for the plants and to take care for the things in the flat. It is also mandatory that you are willing to help cleaning the flat. We prefer to live in a clean flat, but we are not obsessed with cleaning.
