Looking for a cozy and well-located room in a relaxed shared apartment? This flat is just what you need! The 1.5 rooms (20 sqm living/working room with high stucco ceilings and a 12.5 sqm separate bedroom) offer everything you need: The living room is perfect for working or unwinding, while the bedroom provides a private retreat.
Both rooms are already furnished with a bed, table, chairs, a small sofa, and clothes storage. In the bedroom, I will store my personal items in about 8 boxes. The 90 sqm apartment has a spacious layout, with a 20 sqm kitchen ideal for shared meals or hanging out. The bathroom with a window is also perfect for a relaxing bubble bath.
Your room is located at the front of the apartment, close to the entrance and hallway. The kitchen and bathroom are centrally located, and your lovely roommate Gözde has her room in the back.

Die 1,5 Zimmer (20 qm Wohnzimmer mit hohen Stuckdecken und 12,5 qm Schlafzimmer) bieten Dir alles, was Du brauchst: Das Wohnzimmer ist ideal zum Arbeiten oder Entspannen, während das Schlafzimmer für Deine persönlichen Rückzugsorte sorgt.
Beide Zimmer sind bereits möbliert mit Bett, Tisch, Stühlen, kleinem Sofa und Stauraum für Deine Kleidung. In dem Schlafzimmer werde ich meine persönlichen Sachen in ca. 8 Boxen lagern. Die 90 qm große Wohnung ist weitläufig geschnitten. Die 20 qm große Wohnküche ist perfekt für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten oder ein entspanntes Beisammensein. Auch das Bad mit Fenster lädt zu einem entspannenden Schaumbad ein.
Dein Zimmer liegt im vorderen Teil der Wohnung, nah am Eingang und Flur. Die Küche und das Bad befinden sich zentral in der Wohnung, und im hinteren Teil lebt Deine charmante Mitbewohnerin Gözde.
