Hello everyone!
We are Natalia (she/they, 35, psychotherapist), Elias (he/him, 33, filmmaker), and Giulia (she/her, 38, educator), and we’re looking for a new flatmate to join our queer WG. More than just sharing an apartment, we are building a home where everyone feels comfortable, included, heard and part of a small community. We have been living together for more than two years and are looking for a person to grow closer together. We sometimes spontaneously eat together, make plans together out of the house like going to festivals or spontaneously on little outdoor adventures. 🛶 🛷

We’d love to welcome someone who is open-minded, communicative, and proactive—someone who enjoys shared moments but also values personal space.
We believe in fostering diversity and a good balance of characters and backgrounds in our community.
Our mother tongues are Spanish, German and Italian and when we are all together we speak English. We especially encourage people with different mother tongues to reach out.
Additionally, we are tending to look for someone who identifies as male, queer, trans, or non-binary to contribute to the gender diversity in our WG constellation.
The flat has a shared kitchen, a bathroom with a tub, and a separate second toilet. It is located close to U Grenzallee. The available room is 14 square meters, with a window facing south to the green backyard and it is 434,38€ warm per month.
The move-in date is March 16th (Or 1st). Please note that we cannot promise Anmeldung at the moment, as we are still negotiating with our landlord.
We’re looking for someone over 29 with experience living in a WG and who feels comfortable communicating in English. Most importantly, they should be planning to stay long-term and genuinely want to contribute to making this a warm and welcoming home.
