habe ein kleines (ca.18qm) Balkonzimmer Frei in einer gemütlichen Ecke im Wedding (zwischen Leopoldplatz und Seestraße). Wohne hier schon über 10 Jahre daher kostet das Zimmer nur 400 Euro warm mit Strom und Internet und alles schon drinn. Studiere grade noch an der Hochschule für nachhaltige Entwicklung in Eberswalde und bin dort auch in einem Forschungsprojekt angestellt. Ich bin 42 komm aber durch meinen studentischen Freundeskreis auch gut mit 25 bis 45 jährigen klar :)
Ich suche vor allem eine Person der ich trauen kann die Wohnung nicht in Schutt und Asche zu legen wenn ich mal ein paar Tage unterwegs bin. Koch sehr gerne, würde gerne wieder mehr klettern gehen und mag Musik und Tanz.
Die Wohnung ist gut auf ne zweier WG geschnitten. Zwischen den beiden Zimmern liegen Küche und Bad.
wenn du möchtest kommst du mal vorbei und guckst es dir an, oder wir treffen uns irgendwo aufn Kaffe.
