Das Zimmer hat ca. 24qm, insgesamt hast du mit Flur, Bad, Küche, Balkon ca. 45qm für dich verfügbar.
Auf den Fotos siehst du du ein Sofa, welches mit einer bequemen Auflage zum großen Schlafsofa umfunktioniert wird.
Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet, mit Waschmaschine und Herd und Kühlschrank in Küche.
Die Kaution beträgt Euro 400 und wird nach Auszug zurückgezahlt.
An sich hat die Wohnung noch ein Schlafzimmer, welches ich aber nicht mit vermiete, da ich in diesem Zimmer wohne. Für den größten Teil des Oktober werde ich in Portugal sein, da hast du dann die Wohnung für dich. Dementsprechend können wir uns auch gerne über leicht flexible Zeiten unterhalten… Ich freue mich auf Nachrichten von dir!

Nice bright room in a charming apartment with hardwood floors and a balcony furnished for interim rent for October 2024 (possible November as well).
The room has about 24sqm, in total you have with hallway, bathroom, kitchen and a balcony with access from your room.
In the photos you can see a sofa, which can be converted into a large sofa bed with a comfortable cushion.
The apartment is fully equipped, with washing machine, stove and refrigerator in the kitchen.
The deposit is Euro 400 and will be refunded after moving out.
The apartment also has a bedroom, which I am not renting out as I live in there and will be storing my things in this room as I will be in Portugal for the month. I look forward to hearing from you and to learn a bit about you.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Neukölln, in der Nähe von Weserstraße, Kanal, Wildenbruch Platz. Es gibt viele Bars und Cafés um die Ecke und zu einem Spaziergang am Kanal bist du direkt in 100m.
Vor der Tür fährt ein Bus und 100m weiter die M41.
