Hi there!
Because I have found my own apartment, I am offering a wonderful interim sublet. As soon as possible! A working, very relaxed dad and occasionally a child (every 2nd week, most of the time at Kindergarten) live here. Rixdorf is a village dream with a half-timbered house in the city. It is incredibly quiet, well connected and central (Ubahn Karl Marx & Ringbahn Sonnenallee). With a balcony and pubs on the doorstep, communal gardens around the corner, table tennis and restaurants. I wouldn't leave if I didn't have to take the opportunity!
We prefer to find a woman who can stay for the entire period. Maybe someone who speaks French or German? Please write something about yourself!
