Das Zimmer ist schön geräumig, schöner Altbau mit großen Fenstern aber frisch renoviert & zum Hinterhof raus!
Die Wohnung ist super an alle möglichen Öffis angebunden und trotz der Nähe zur Herrmannstraße und dem Körnerpark super ruhig! Außerdem ist bei uns direkt ein kleiner Platz, bei dem jede Woche ein Markt ist.
Du würdest mit mir zusammen wohnen, ich bin Studentin und gerne viel zuhause und habe auch meine Freund*innen gerne bei mir! Ich bin außerdem recht unkompliziert was das Zusammenleben angeht - ich kann sehr gut mit offenen Menschen (würde mich selber eher so beschreiben) aber respektiere es natürlich auch wenn man mal Ruhe oder Abstand braucht.
Mir ist nur wichtig dass man immer respektvoll und nett zueinander ist und auch nicht allzuuuu unordentlich (also in Küche und Bad) ist!
