The room is about 20 square meters and is on the 2nd floor. It faces the backyard, so it is very quiet even though the apartment is super central and well connected on Karl-Marx-Straße. I rent out the room furnished, so there should be everything there for you to be in a comfy and cozy living situation:)
Located at "Rathaus Neukölln" you'll be very well well connected! Public transport (U7; Bus) awell as many shopping possibilities, bars and cafés are directly in front of the house and just a minute away.
I'm won't remain in the apartment myself, but I have a really great and lovely roommate with whom you would live for 2 months. She speaks english and is a very open and relaxed person to live with:)
