I and my roommate Jenna redirect us and rent another 15sqm room in our 3s WG with 25sqm common living room. The apartment has good shopping facilities 2 streets from the Aldi and Edeka, as far as the canal is, it runs on the corner 3 buses long and until the Herrmanplatz you run 8 min if you don't want to wait.

I have the smallest room because I am a commuter and I am only one to two nights a week in the WG. Jenna has the smaller room out to the balcony. Before moving with my family to the Berlin area, the living room looked very good in the photos, now you have to do a lot, but that'll be back soon. ich und meine Mitbewohnerin Jenna richten uns neu ein und vermieten ein weiteres 15qm Zimmer in unserer 3er WG mit 25qm gemeinsames Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung hat gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 2 Strassen vom Aldi und Edeka entfernt, ebenso weit ist der Kanal, es fahren an der Ecke 3 Busse lang und bis zum Herrmanplatz läuft man 8 min, falls man nicht warten will.

Ich habe das kleinste Zimmer weil ich Pendler bin und nur ein bis zwei Nächte die Woche in der WG bin. Jenna hat das kleinere Zimmer zum Balkon raus. Vor meinem Umzug mit meiner Familie in das Berliner Umland sah das Wohnzimmer wie man in den Fotos sieht sehr gut aus, jetzt muss man noch einiges dran machen, aber das wird bald wieder. Jenna ist gerade noch in den USA, deswegen übernehme ich gerade die Suche obwohl sie die eigentliche Hauptbewohnerin ist. Sie ist Therapeutin u30 und ich Informatiker ü40.

Das zu vermietende Zimmer hat Morgensonne, die genannte Miete enthält schon alles inklusive Internet, Strom und natürlich Heizung und Betriebskosten. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden, ebenso eine voll eingerichtete Küche. Die Möbel im Wohnzimmer müssen nicht bleiben, waren aber noch alte Möbel die ich übrig hatte. Wir suchen jemanden, der/die wie wir, Tiere in Wohnungen nicht unbedingt haben muss.

Gerade sind noch Bauarbeiten und deswegen ist der Fahrstuhl noch nicht wieder hergestellt, ich hoffe das wird in den nächsten Monaten wieder. Durch die Bauarbeiten gibt es auch eine kleine Mietminderung von zur Zeit 42 euro. Wir sind uns bewusst, dass die Kaution etwas hoch ist, dafür kann sie auch in 3 Raten gezahlt werden.
