Beautiful, bright, quiet room, 23 square meters, high ceilings with stucco, 2 big windows and fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk, sofa, armchair, chairs, lamps and many plants. Bedlinen and towels are available. It is not possible to bring your own furniture.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus in ruhiger Lage, U-Bahn und Busse sind ganz in der Nähe ,erreichbar in ca. 4-6 Minuten. S-Bahnhof zu Fuß in ca. 10-15 Minuten, auch erreichbar mit der U-Bahn. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung, sowie Bars und Restaurants. Tempelhofer Feld und
der Park Hasenheide sind zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar.
The apartment is in a building with 12 neighbors in a quiet location. Subway and buses are very close by and can be reached in about 4-5 minutes. S-Bahn station on foot in about 10-15 minutes, also accessible by subway. Many shops in the area, as well as bars and restaurants. Tempelhofer Feld and the park Hasenheide are
reachable on foot in about 10 minutes.
Zu meiner Person: Ich bin vielseitig interessiert an Literatur, Kunst und Psychologie und praktiziere fast täglich Yoga. Die neue Mitbewohnerin braucht nicht unbedingt die gleichen Interessen haben, sollte aber sozial, freundlich und sehr sauber sein für ein angenehmes Miteinander. Außerdem ist es auch das Zuhause meiner KATZE Tina,
daher wäre es besser wenn ihr keine Allergiker seit zum Beispiel vor Katzenhaare oder anderen Phobien habt.Auch solltet ihr keine eigenen Haustiere mitbringen.
About me: I have a wide range of interests in literature, art, psychology and practice almost daily Yoga. The new roommate does not necessarily has to have the same interests, but should be social ,friendly and clean for a comfortable togetherness. It's also my CAT's home, so please don't be allergic to cat hair or other phobias. You should also not bring your own pets with you.
Es ist eine ruhige 2-WG., Partys oder Feiern kann man außerhalb, dafür gibt es viele Möglichkeiten in der nahen Umgebung.
Freunde mitbringen ist natürlich kein Problem aber Übernachtungen oder lange After-Hours müssen nicht sein.
Auch Sauberkeit ist wichtig !! Anmeldung nicht möglich.
It's a quiet shared flat. You can party or celebrate outside, there are many possibilities in the vicinity.
Bringing friends is of course not a problem, but overnight stays or long after-hours don't have to be.
The roommate should also be very clean and be able to keep to the cleaning schedule for a peaceful coexistence.
