Hello dears, I am offering my room in a beautiful, comfortable 3 room apartment on Weserstraße in Neukölln. The apartment is on the 3rd floor. The room is 20 square meters and furnished with a bed, desk and closet. Registration is possible. I am flexible with moving in and out.
Die Wohnung ist gut angebunden und liegt gleichzeitig im südlichen, ruhigeren Teil der Weserstraße, also gibt es genug Ruhe. Man kann innerhalb von 2 min. die Bushaltestelle erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt 5 min. mit dem Fahrrad von der Ringbahn Sonnenallee entfernt. Supermärkte sind 5 min. zu Fuß entfernt (Rewe, Nahkauf, Edeka). Späti und Bäckerei sind fast direkt vor der Haustür (1 min.). Die Weserstraße ist bekannt für die vielen Restaurants, Cafés, Pubs und Kneipen, die das Leben tags und nachts animieren.
Der Volkspark Hasenheide, das Landwehrkanal und andere Möglichkeiten zum spazieren gehen sind leicht zu erreichen. Ich hoffe, dass du dich wohl hier fühlst! Bitte, keine Drogen!

The apartment is well connected and at the same time is located in the southern, quieter part of Weserstraße, so there is enough peace and quiet. You can reach the bus stop within 2 minutes. The apartment is 5 minutes by bike from the Ringbahn Sonnenallee. Supermarkets are 5 minutes away on foot (Rewe, Nahkauf, Edeka). Späti and bakery are almost directly on the doorstep (1 min.). The Weserstraße is known for the many restaurants, cafés, pubs and bars that animate life day and night.
The Volkspark Hasenheide, the Landwehrkanal and other opportunities for walking are easy to reach. I hope you feel comfortable here! Please, no drugs!
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin: ich bin Henrike, 28 Jahre alt und habe im Sommer einen Job in der ambulanten Betreuung von psychisch kranken Personen angefangen, daher bin ich unter der Woche bei der Arbeit. Ich gehe viel klettern und bouldern (der Bouldergarten ist 5 min zu Fuß entfernt!) und bin generell gern draußen unterwegs. Beim Zusammenleben ist mit ein ruhiges und rücksichtsvolles Miteinander wichtig. Ich freue mich, wenn wir mal zusammen kochen oder bei einem Kaffee eine Runde in der Küche schnacken.
Die Küche, das Badezimmer und das Gastzimmer der Wohnung werden geteilt. Vorteil vegan zu sein :-).

Your future flatmate: I´m Henrike, 28, and i just started a new job in the assistance of people with mental deseases, so i´m busy with work during the week. Besides that i spend a lot of time with rock climbing an bouldering (Bouldergarten is just 5 min walk away:)) and i like being outside in general a lot. Fot the living together part I´m looking for a calm and respectful person. I´d like to cook together from time to time or have a little chat over a coffee in the kitchen.
The kitchen, bathroom and guest room of the apartment are shared. Advantage of being vegan :-).
Ich suche eine/n Untermieter/in (Nichtraucher), die/der sich hier wohlfühlt, und dem ich mein Zimmer, die Wohnung und alles darin für die Zeit anvertrauen kann. Es ist mir sehr wichtig jemand zu haben, die/der meine Wohnung und Habseligkeiten sorgfältig und mit Respekt behandelt.
