Das Zimmer ist groß und möbliert, mit einem Fenster zum Garten und einer Tür zum Balkon. Du kannst gerne auch eigene Möbel mitbringen wenn du magst, wir müssten nur genauer schauen, wie viel Platz noch im Keller ist, aber das sollte kein Problem sein.

The room is big and furnished with a window looking toward the garden and an own door leading to the balcony. You can also bring your own furniture and replace the one that's already in the room if you like, we just have to check how much fits in the basement.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer superschöne und ruhige Gegend und ist richtig gut an Prenzlauer Berg und Wedding angebunden. Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist 7 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt, S-Bahn 15 Minuten. Ein wunderschöner, riesiger Park wo man sehr gut joggen oder spazieren gehen kann ist in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Supermärkte sind auch 10 Gehminuten entfernt.

The apartment is in a quiet area of Berlin (Pankow) and well connected to Prenzlauer Berg and Wedding. A tram station is a 7-minute walk from the house, S-Bahn 15 min. The area is very green and calm. The landlords want someone calm, and no parties or crazy loud music is allowed (sorry).
Hey, ich bin Mariangel/Mary, 28 Jahre alt und Literaturstudentin an der HU Berlin. Ursprünglich komme ich aus Südamerika (leider ohne Salsa skills), aber ich lebe schon seit einigen Jahren in Deutschland und fühle mich manchmal wie eine Mischung aus beiden Kulturen. Neben meinem Studium arbeite ich dreimal die Woche als Werkstudentin in einer Softwarefirma. Ich würde mich selbst als entspannt, offen und interessiert an Literatur, Filmen und Sprachen beschreiben. Es handelt sich definitiv um keine Zweck-WG, deswegen ist es wichtig, dass es zwischen uns passt.
