I'm looking for someone who will take over my room in female 2bedroom aparment.
Is a quite nice room 17m2 plus balcony (facing to courtyard), on the second floor. Currently I’m living with a friend who might stay still March 2025.
Rent is 630 all including, deposit (twice a rent)
Anmeldung is possible but no name on the door bell (C/O is working perfect!)
In the room is - bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, small desk, internet modem, wooden floor, wooden windows (I secure them more), one euro palette on balcony, kalax 1x4 white.
Kitchen is fully furnitured and bathroom has a shower.
Also we have a basement so you can bring your furniture if you wont like this look. But nice furniture for the begging.
Since 01.02.2025 is Saturday, we can make move in a bit ealier, documents must be sign wirh landlord first.

Location is perfect! You have 5minut walk to Borholmer Str and Sban, about 8-10 minut to Schönhauseralle Sban. The same distance do Gesudbrunnen.
Mostly people living in the building - parents with kids, so it's really easy and quite hood.
Mauerpark jest less than 10min walk ;)
My roommate is rarely in home, but she is quite and easy going girl.
We are both adults, we are respecting each other life
Working home office, so we can be flexible.
