ich biete meine möblierte Wohnung zur Untermiete ab dem 15. März an (ein früherer Einzug ist ebenfalls möglich). Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Zimmer:

Großes Zimmer: 700 EUR/Monat (alles inklusive), mit hellem, großzügigem Blick auf einen kleinen Park und in ruhiger Lage.
Kleines Zimmer: 600 EUR/Monat (alles inklusive), ebenfalls hell und mit Blick auf einen großen, ruhigen Hinterhof.

Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 2 Monate. Die Wohnung ist vollständig ausgestattet und liegt zentral, bietet jedoch dank Blick auf einen Hinterhof und einen kleinen Park eine besonders ruhige Atmosphäre.

Alle Nebenkosten (Heizung, Warmwasser, Strom, Internet, GEZ) sind im Mietpreis enthalten.
