Hello everyone!!
I’m currently looking for a female flatmate for my 3 room apartment in Prenzlauer Berg/Mitte Apartment. The apartment is on Zionskirchatrase which is a great and quite street, close to cafes, street markets (and supermarkets), bars and public transport (M1 and 12 are 5 minute walk, U8 10 minute walk and U2 around 13 minutes).
Apartment structure: one living room, kitchen, long hallway, two bathrooms- but only one with a bathtub. Then the two bedrooms in the end of the apartment.
Your potential bedroom is furnished with a double bed, large desk, couch, and dresser. I'm open to discussing what stays, but would prefer to keep the bigger items like the bed and dresser in place.
I’d love to share the apartment with a working female who values honest communication, mutual respect, and shared responsibility when it comes to the home. If you’re looking for a calm and cozy atmosphere, appreciates a well-kept, relaxed home -full of plants, and is open to a friendly, social, but also independent living situation, this could be the perfect fit; applyyyy!
Viewing is of course possible, and preferable in person so we can see if get along.
P.s: I love interior design and would like to change some things around the apartment but never had the time so far; if its something you enjoy as well we could do it together!

I'm not a smoker, so this is non-smoking apartment; there is the exceptional nights of smoking in the kitchen with friends though, easy!
