Die Wohnung liegt in der 1. Etage eines Altbaus mit Balkon. In nur 5MIN bis zum S Bahnhof Prenzlauer Allee (Ringbahn). Auch sind verschiedene Einkaufmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar (Rewe, Netto, Penny, Aldi, Lidl, Rossmann, Apotheke usw.). Ebenso bist du in 15MIN am Alexanderplatz mit der Straßenbahn.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an old building with balcony. In only 5MIN to the S Bahnhof Prenzlauer Allee (Ringbahn). Also there are several shopping possibilities within walking distance (Rewe, Netto, Penny, Aldi, Lidl, Rossmann, pharmacy etc.). Likewise you are in 15MIN at Alexanderplatz by tram.
Derzeit suche ich nach einem Untermieter für das kleine Zimmer in meiner Wohnung für erst einmal einen Monat, vielleicht auch zwei Monaten. Ich selbst plane gerade den Umzug zurück nach Berlin von Bochum (Ruhrgebiet). Deshalb kann ich nicht mit Bestimmtheit sagen, ob und wann genau ich mit in der Wohnung leben werde.

Currently I am looking for a subtenant for the small room in my apartment for a month, maybe two months. I am currently planning to move back to Berlin from Bochum (Ruhrgebiet). Therefore, I cannot say with certainty if and when exactly I will live in the apartment.
