Ich vermiete ein gemütlich eingerichtetes Zimmer in unserer 3er WG an Pendler, Durchreisende, nette Menschen aus aller Welt für einen kurzen Zeitraum.
Wohne traumhaft zentral gleich hinterm Pfefferberg und doch ganz entspannt und ruhig.
Das Haus ist ein renovierter Altbau mit hohen Decken und Dielen.
Es ist alles vorhanden, was Du für einen kurzen Aufenthalt brauchst, Hochbett, Sofa, kleiner Arbeitstisch, Schrank.
Das Bad hat eine Wanne und Waschmaschine. Die voll ausgestattete Küche nutzen wir gemeinsam.
W-LAN ist auch vorhanden.
Schreib mir kurz etwas über Dich und den Zweck Deines Aufenthaltes. Falls der Termin nicht genau passen sollte, schreib mir und ich schau, ob man den Zeitraum anpassen kann.

I am renting out a comfortably furnished room in our 3-person shared flat to commuters, travellers, nice people from all over the world for short term.
I live in a fantastically central location just behind Pfefferberg and yet very relaxed and quiet.
The house is a renovated old building with high ceilings and floorboards.
There is everything you need for a short stay, bed, sofa, small desk, wardrobe.
The bathroom has a bathtub and washing machine. We share the fully equipped kitchen.
W-LAN is also available.

U2-Senefelder Platz und Bus sind in 5 min entfernt. In 5m ist man mit der U2 am Alexanderplatz.
Mit der Straßenbahn vom Rosa Luxemburg Platz in 12min am Hauptbahnhof.
In 2min ist man zu Fuß am Teutoburger Platz und 10min am Weinbergsweg. Ein beliebter Treffpunkt für alle Leute aus der Umgebung zum chillen, tanzen, essen und Musik hören.

Wir sind eine ganz entspannte WG. Sind viel unterwegs und arbeiten und treffen uns ab und zu in Küche.
Offene und respektvolle Menschen sind herzlich willkommen.
Rauchen kannst Du im Hof aber nicht in der Wohnung. Parties kannst Du überall draußen besuchen und in der Wohnung chillen und arbeiten.
