Das Haus ist sehr günstig gelegen. Es sind nur eine Minute zum S-Bahnhof Eichborndamm, ca 5 Minuten zu den Supermärkten Edeka und Lidl und zu einigen Restaurants sowie nur 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zum wunderschönen Flughafensee.
1 minute to S-Bahnhof Eichborndamm, 5 minutes walk to EDEKA, Lidl and restaurants around the neighborhood and 10 minutes by bicycle to nearest lake, Flughafensee.
Es handelt sich nicht um eine reine Zweck-WG, aber es gibt auch keinen Zwang viel Zeit miteinander zu verbringen. Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sind unbedingt erwünscht.
Einer der Bewohner ist bereits über 80 aber noch sehr aktiv und kocht gerne für die gesamte WG so das sich zumindest einmal am Tag beim Abendessen eine gemeinsame Zeit zum austauschen ergibt.
Good communication skills required! One of the flatmate is already above 80 but is still very active, has its own bus and used to visit festivals all over Germany in summer. He likes to cook for the whole WG.
The other flatmate is usually working at daytime and only home on the evening and on weekends.
Geheizt wird mit einem schönen alten Kachelofen der eine sehr gemütliche Wärme abgibt.
Heating is with a unique and beautiful old tiled stove.
