ACHTUNG die Wohnung liegt 25 Minuten Fahrt von Berlin!
In unserem Loft ist für zwei Monate Platz für zwei liebe Menschen. Tatsächlich werdet ihr das Loft sogar größtenteils für euch haben, da wir in den nächsten Wochen nur an wenigen Tagen zu Hause sind. Insgesamt handelt es sich um zwei Räume, wie genau die genutzt werden ist euch offen gestellt. Außerdem haben wir noch einen weiteren Raum, der für Gäste oder Hobbies genutzt werden kann. Das Loft befindet sich in einer alten Tischlerei, deshalb hat es tolle Holzböden und generell eine Offenheit, die man sonst selten findet.
Wir alle teilen uns den Wohn- und Essbereich sowie die große Terasse mit Seeblick. (Aus dem Garten haben wir direkten Wasserzugang) aber auch der nächste Strand ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß durch den Wald. (Ok, vielleicht ist das jetzt im Winter nicht mehr so das springende Argument, aber schön ist es trotzdem) :D
Die Miete ist pro Person 600 Euro.

ATTENTION the flat is 25 minutes drive from Berlin!
There is room for two lovely people in our loft for two months. In fact, you'll have most of the loft to yourselves, as we'll only be at home on a few days over the next few weeks. There are two rooms in total, but how exactly they are used is up to you. We also have another room that can be used for guests or hobbies. The loft is located in an old carpentry workshop, so it has great wooden floors and a general openness that you rarely find elsewhere.
We all share the living and dining area as well as the large terrace with a view of the lake. (We have direct water access from the garden) but also the nearest beach is only a 5 minute walk through the forest. (Ok, maybe that's no longer the main argument in winter, but it's still nice) :D
The rent is 600 euros per person.

Die alte Tischlerei liegt zentral in Grünheide. Wir haben hier zwei Supermärkte, Restaurants, den Peetz- und den Werlsee. Beide haben tolle Badestrände. Von Berlin Ostkreuz sind es nur 20 Minuten mit dem RE1 bis zur Fangschleuse, unserer nächsten Bahnstation (von dort zu uns nach Hause dann nochmal 7 Minuten mit dem Rad). Man ist also wirklich schnell in der Stadt. Wir fahren alle mehrfach pro Woche rein, um zu arbeiten oder unsere Freund*innen zu treffen.

The old joinery is centrally located in Grünheide. We have two supermarkets, restaurants and the Peetzsee and Werlsee lakes. Both have great beaches. From Berlin Ostkreuz it's only 20 minutes on the RE1 to Fangschleuse, our nearest railway station (from there it's another 7 minutes by bike to our home). So it's really quick to get into the city. We all go in several times a week to work or meet our friends.

Wir sind Ale und Sarina. Wir teilen uns ein Zimmer im Loft. Wir kochen gerne, laden mal Menschen hier auf die Terasse ein und betätigen uns auf verschiedene Weisen kreativ. Ale macht Musik und visuelles, und Sarina schreibt. Wir ziehen uns beide auch ganz gerne mal zurück, gerade nach längeren Arbeitstagen, aber würden uns auch freuen, dieses Zuhause mit Menschen zu teilen, die gerne mal ein bisschen schnacken, nen Wein oder Kaffee trinken und insgesamt gegenseitig inspirieren.
Wir mieten dieses Loft noch bis Ende Januar vom Vermieter, der mit Mitbewohnerin unter uns in einer Wohnung wohnt.

We are Ale and Sarina. We share a room in the loft. We like to cook, invite people over to the terrace and get creative in various ways. Ale makes music and visuals, and Sarina writes. We both like to retreat from time to time, especially after long working days, but we would also be happy to share this home with people who enjoy chatting, drinking wine or coffee and inspiring each other.
We are renting this loft until the end of January from the landlord, who lives in a flat below us with a flatmate.

Vielleicht wolltet ihr schon immer mal ganz locker ausprobieren, wie es sich anfühlt, etwas außerhalb der Großstadt zu wohnen? Oder ihr wolltet schon immer mal ausprobieren, mit Partner:in oder Friends zusammen zu wohnen? DAS IST EURE CHANCE, um all das mal ganz bedingungslos zu testen.
Die aktuellen Möbel könnten wir erstmal drin lassen aber es wäre voraussichtlich auch möglich, sie irgendwo anders unterzubringen.
Wir lieben übrigens Katzen und generell Tiere – unsere aktuelle vierbeinige Mitbewohnerin zieht leider zum nächsten Monat aus – dementsprechend sind wir aber auf jeden Fall offen für Flausch
