Hallo! Wir sind eine 3-er Studenten WG in Schöneberg, die gerade einen dritten Mieter/Mieterin auf Zeit sucht, da unser drittes Mitglied erst ab September einziehen kann.
Austauschschüler oder andere Studenten sind sehr erwünscht, obs passt wollen wir gerne einem persönlichen Gespräch entnehmen. Das wichtigste aber vorab: das hier ist eine absolute Nichtraucher WG und da wir eine Katze haben müsste man damit auch gut zurechtkommen (sie kuschelt gerne).
Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Stadt, ist aber nicht zu laut da wir in einer Wohngegend leben. Somit gibt es wenig Straßenlärm und unsere Nachbarn sind auch alle sehr ruhig und freundlich, es herrscht sehr angenehmes Klima.
U-Bahn, Busse und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Apotheke, Lebensmittel, etc.) sind 5 Minuten fußläufig von uns entfernt und die Anbindung zu den Unis (vorallem FU und TU) ist super.
Es handelt sich um ein schönes gemütliches Zimmer, welches möbliert zu vermieten ist. Die Möbel sind dem Bild zu entnehmen. Wir freuen uns auf dich ^^

Hello! We are three people sharing an apartment in Schöneberg, we are currently looking for a third tenant for a limited time, as our third member cannot move in until September.
Exchange students or students in general are very welcome, we would like to find out whether it is a good fit in a personal conversation. But the most important thing first: This is a completely non-smoking shared flat and since we have a cat, you should be able to get along well with it (she likes to cuddle).
The apartment is centrally located in the city, but is not too loud as we live in a residential area. So there is little street noise and our neighbors are all very quiet and friendly, the atmosphere is very pleasant.
The subway, buses and shops (pharmacy, groceries, etc.) are a 5-minute walk away from us and the connection to the universities (especially FU and TU) is great.
It is a nice, cozy room that is available to rent. The furniture can be seen in the picture.
