I am doing an internship abroad and am renting out my room in a flinta WG with 4 lovely roommates, from 01.04.2025-30.10.2025 (ending date can be a bit flexible). The rent is 500/month warm.

My room is pretty small but has a 1.40 bed, a desk, a little couch and some hangers + an external closet right outside in the hallway. The apartment is an altbau with high ceilings, a big kitchen/livingroom space and two wc (one shower).

The flat is in a pretty calm neighborhood with a little platz around the corner (Viktoria Luise Platz) for sitting in the sun and lots of establishments a short walk away. It's really well connected with different ubahns and an edeka right around the corner.

We who live in the flat are a mix of people working and studying, an the majority of us identify as queer. Open communication and caring for each other is something we really value. We get together every now and then for some wg evening as well :) We also find it important to give each other space to focus on our own things.
