Hey there,
I am going to be out of Berlin for some time and I am renting a room in my flat. The room costs 500 Euro pro month. An additional 30 Euros pro month should be planned, as we are planning to get a cleaner to help clean the common areas.
It is fully furnished (bed, cupboards, desk).
The rest of the flat (kitchen and bathroom) is furnished.
The flat is very well located at the crossroads between Postdamerstraße and Yorkstraße. Many buses, Metros, and trains are to be found in only a 5 min walk. Equally, there are many supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants. Although there is an active life happening outside the flat, the inside is calm, because the flat is rather turned into the inner yard is calm Going out in Kreuzberg, Neunkölln or Postdamerplatz is pretty easy.
This is a good place for short-term visitors or those looking for a first shelter before they move to a permanent place.
A visit online or on-site is possible.
The flat itself is very well located. It is close to Potsdamer Platz, Kudamm, well Berlin center, and most tourist attractions. Many buses, Metros, and trains are to be found in only a 5 to 8 min walk ( u2, u7, S1, S2) which will take you to everywhere you wish to go in Berlin. There are several shops (Lidl, Rewe, Edeka, Turkish, Indian, Asian, Afro shops, hairdressers, restaurants etc.) In the surroundings. Going out in Kreuzberg, Neunkölln or Postdamerplatz is pretty easy. Although there is an active life happening outside the flat, the inside is calm, because the flat is rather turned into the inner yard is calm. To make it short this is the perfect location for people visiting Berlin, wishing to experience as much as possible from Berlin and have a nice and quiet place to rest; or a good transition place for people looking for long-term housing contracts.
To us, the flat is a haven of peace. We are looking for someone who values that as well. This includes being tidy, clean, and respectful. We also do not smoke, so smoking inside the flat is not welcome.
We also prefer our home calm, and familiar, henceforth we prefer to keep parties, meetings, and sleepovers out of the flat. (this is even more important considering the higher costs of energy if the rent should be kept constant).
