Hallo,

Ich möchte von Anfang/Mitte Juni für 6 Monate auf Reise gehen und möchte bis dahin eins meiner Zimmer untervermieten.

Ihr könntet die Wohnung auch alleine weiterbewohnen und hättet diese dann für ca. 6 Monate für euch alleine. In diesem Zeitraum würde ich jedoch 250€ mehr Miete, also 1000€ verlangen.

Die Wohnung ist voll eingerichtet und bietet unter anderem eine super ausgestattete Küche, ein Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch und Fernseher, eine Waschmaschine im Wäschekeller, einen Fahrradkeller, Gartenmitbenutzung usw...

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig gelegen im Grünen, trotzdem ist man mit der S-Bahn (S Bahnhof Lichrenrade, Linie S2) und dem Bus (M76) schnell in der Stadt. Alles wichtige, wie Supermärkte, Drogerien und andere Geschäfte und Restaurants liegen 10 Gehminuten entfernt in der Bahnhofstraße.

Wohnung

Ich gehe in der Woche von 7-17 Uhr arbeiten, treibe viel Sport, u.a. Triathlon, bouldern, Tischtennis, bevorzuge tendenziell ruhige Mitbewohner, lege viel Wert auf einen respektvollen Umgang, Sauberkeit und Ordnung.
