The apartment is very warm in the winter time, no needs to use heating and 5 min bus from U8/U6 using the bus in front.
Tempelhof park is 5 min with bike, I can leave you a bike to use for this 2 months if you want 🚲, for free!
In this apartment we are very open mind and open to any peoole, so dont be afraid. :)
The actual roomate is a chill person and very friendly !
The room is gonna be a bit different cause Im gonna move away my stuff but im gonna leave you a big bed, a desk, a chair, a kallax and a clothes angers, so you are not gonna live in between the stuff of someone else but you will be able to build you little space for a better accommodation :)
The bathroom and the kitchen are fully equipped, you will have your personal locker and shelf.
We also have a wash machine.
My roomate has a balcony that can be used for smoking/chilling, as I said we are very open and we share space.
In case you need we offer also a basement where is possible to access to the big garden on the back house!
