Hello, I am renting out a small room in a three-room apartment (the first two of the photos). It has a bunk bed and a desk with a view of the backyard. We share a large living room (24 square meters), a nice kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub.

Die Wohnung ist direkt am Park Rehberge und zur U-Bahn (U6) Rehberge sind es 10 min laufen. Dort sind auch Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.

The apartment is right next to Rehberge Park and the U6 underground station, which is a 10-minute walk away. There are also cafes, shops and restaurants there.

Wir würden zu zweit hier wohnen, ich habe lange Wg-Erfahrung und freue mich über ein umsichtiges und aufmerksames Zusammenleben. Sauberkeit ist mir wichtig sowie ein freundlicher Umgang. Ich schreibe und forsche an meiner Doktorarbeit in den Kulturwissenschaften, bin immer mal wieder unterwegs auf Arbeit oder gehe gerne an den Wochenenden aus - Ich freue mich auch über ein herzliches zu Hause, Selfcare und Wellbeing und nette Abende zusammen. There would be the two of us living here. I have a lot of experience sharing a flat and look forward to a considerate and attentive coexistence. Rauchen geht leider nicht in der Wohnung, an meinem Zimmer ist ein Balkon, aber ansonsten müsstest Du draußen rauchen - E-Zigarette geht überall, das mach ich auch... Keine Anmeldung möglich.

Unfortunately, smoking is not allowed in the apartment. There is a balcony off my room, but otherwise you would have to smoke outside – e-cigarettes are fine anywhere, I do that too... No registration possible.
