Das Zimmer ist verhältnismäßig klein, aber das große Wohnzimmer und Platz in der Abstellkammer können das mehr als kompensieren. Im Wohnzimmer wird sich mit den Möbeln und Pflanzen die meine jetztigen Mitbewohnern mitnehmen ein bisschen was ändern, die Couches bleiben aber ;). Die ganze Wohnung ist super ruhig gelegen, und als Hinterhaus auch ne Ecke von der Straße entfernt. Es gibt eine Terasse mit Palettenmöbeln zum grillen oder entspannt Abends draußen sitzen. Ich hoffe die Bilder können das ganze gut illustrieren. Neben dem großen Wohnzimmer gibts auch ein großes Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche, die Küche hat Gasherd und -ofen und eine Spülmaschine.

The room is relatively small, but the large living room and space in the storage room more than compensate for this. The living room will change a bit as my current roomamtes will take some of the funiture with them. The whole apartment is in a super quiet area. There is a terrace with with furniture made from euro pallets for barbecuing or sitting outside in the evening. I hope the pictures can illustrate the whole thing well. In addition to the large living room, there is also a large bathroom with bathtub and shower, the kitchen has a gas stove and oven and a dishwasher.
An der Grenze zwischen Weißensee und Pankow, 5min entfernt von den Tramstationen Am Steinberg, Gustav-Adolf-Str, und Prenzlauer Allee/ Ostseestr. Man braucht zu Fuß so 15min zur Ringbahn. Alles was man für den täglichen Gebrauch braucht (Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, Getränkemarkt, dm) ist in <10min zu erreichen. UPDATE: Der Rewe schließt leider erstmal für ein paar Monate wegen umbau, dafür muss man also was weiter jetzt :(. Es gibt auch ein paar Restaurants und Kneipen, aber für mehr Auswahl ist der Prenzlauer Berg nicht weit.

On the border between Weißensee and Pankow, 5min away from the Tram stations Am Steinberg, Gustav-Adolf-Str, and Prenzlauer Allee/ Ostseestr. It takes about 15min to walk to the Ringbahn. Everything you need for groceries and stuff (Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, beverage market, dm) can be reached in <10min. UPDATE: Rewe is temporarily closing for renovations :( There are also a few restaurants and pubs, but for more choice Prenzlauer Berg is not far away.
Es ist ja eine zweier WG deswegen sollte ich mich hier wohl mal vorstellen:
Ich bin 27 Jahre alt, seit letztem Sommer in Berlin und ich denke das erste was dir auffallen würde ist, dass ich sehr gerne koche. Das tu ich dementsprechend eigentlich jeden Abend den ich zu Hause bin, manchmal auch zweimal wenn ich noch motiviert bin was anderes für den nächsten Mittag vorzubereiten. Ich koche im allgemeinen vegetarisch :)
Ansonsten fahre ich gerne Fahrrad sowohl einfach als Transportmittel aber auch für Sport. Ich bin ein bisschen politisch/sozial engagiert, genieße Abende mit Freunden, Musik und Konzerte und alles mögliche andere je nachdem welche Möglichkeiten sich ergeben.
Ich habe schon einige Jahre WG Erfahrung und freu mich wenn sich eine entspannte familiäre Stimmung einstellt, man Abends bei einem Getränk der Wahl zusammen sitzen kann oder auch mal Spieleabend, Fahrradtour oder was auch immer zusammen unternimmt.

Seeing as it is a two person flat share, I should probably introduce myself here:
I'm 27 years old, have been living in Berlin since last summer and I think the first thing you'll notice is that I love to cook. I do that every night I'm at home, sometimes twice if I'm still motivated to prepare something else for the next lunch. I generally cook vegetarian food :)
Apart from that, I like to ride my bike as a means of transportation but also for sports. I am a bit politically/socially involved, enjoy evenings out with friends, music and concerts and anything else depending on what opportunities arise.
I have a few years of experience in shared flats and enjoy a relaxed family atmosphere, sitting together in the evenings with a drink of your choice, games nights, bike rides or whatever.
Es ist eine Untermiete die jetzt erstmal unbefristet ist, aber es kann sein, dass der Vermieter bspw. Ende 2025 wieder selber einziehen will. Er ist aber sehr fair und freundlich und wird für diesen Fall genügend Vorwarnung geben. Läuft alles ordentlich ab, Anmeldung ist möglich. Ein früheres EInzugsdatum als der 1.8. wäre auch möglich. Miete enthält alles (außer evtl. GEZ Das klär ich nochmal)

It is a sublet for an indefinite period for now, but the landlord may want to move back in himself at the end of 2025, for example. However, he is very fair and friendly and will give sufficient warning in this case. Registration/Anmeldung is possible. It would also be possible to move in before August. The rent already includes all fees (except possibly the TV/radio fee, I'll check on that again)
