Ich vermiete ein möbliertes Zimmer zur Untermiete in meiner Wohnung für das aktuelle Wintersemester.
Ich bin 60 Jahre alt und wohne selbst mit in der Wohnung. Als Dozentin an der UDK (Universität der Künste), kenne ich den angespannten Wohnungsmarkt in Berlin und möchte daher Studierende in ihrer Anfangszeit/für eine kurze Zeit unterstützen.
Die S-Bahnstation Zehlendorf ist in drei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit dem Rad ist man in 15 Minuten an der FU Berlin; in Potsdam mit der S-Bahn in 30 Minuten. Bis in die Stadtmitte (Friedrichstraße) sind es ebenfalls nur 30 Minuten. Nur an Nichtraucherin. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, WLAN ,Waschmaschine Küchenmitbenutzung alles inklusive. I am subletting a furnished room in my apartment for the current winter semester.
I am 60 years old and live in the apartment myself. As a teacher at a university (University of Art UDK), I know the tight housing market in Berlin and would therefore like to support students in their initial period/for a short time. The Zehlendorf S-Bahn station is a three-minute walk away. It's a 15-minute bike ride to the FU Berlin and 30 minutes by S-Bahn to Potsdam. It is also only 30 minutes to the city center (Friedrichstraße). Non smokers only. Bed linen, towels, WLAN, washing machine, kitchen sharing all included. Please send me a personal letter by mail:
