Ich bin von 02. 03 bis 31. 03 im Ausland und möchte mein Zimmer für die Zeit möbliert untervermieten.
Das Zimmer besteht aus 2 Räumen, einem großen 24 m² Raum und einem kleinen 6 m² Schlafzimmer. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine Couch, einen Esstisch, ein Regal, einen Kleiderständer, einen Fernseher, Sideboard und einen Sessel.

I will be abroad until the end of March and would like to sublet my room furnished for the time.
The room consists of 2 rooms, a large 24 m² room and a small 6 m² bedroom. In the big room there is a big couch, a dining table, piano and a clothing rack , in the bedroom there is a comfy 1.4m bed, a Dresser and a clothing rack
LAGE:
Die WG liegt im wunderschönen Sprengelkiez, umgeben von vielen kleinen Bars und Cafes. Der Sprengelkiez ist verkehrsberuhigt, von daher ist es hier schön ruhig. Gleichzeitig ist man in 5 Minuten bei der S-Wedding, U Leopoldplatz, oder Edeka und dm, und damit super angebunden.

The flat is located in the beautiful Sprengelkiez, surrounded by many small bars and cafes. The Sprengelkiez is traffic-calmed, so it's nice and quiet down here. At the same time, you are at the S-Wedding, U Leopoldplatz, or Edeka and dm in just 5 minutes.
WG LEBEN:
In der WG wohnen fest Melanie und Lukas
Melanie kommt aus Ecuador und lebt schon seit 5 Jahren in Deutschland. Sie studiert Lebensmitteltechnologie an der TU Berlin im Bachelor und arbeitet als studentische Hilfskraft bei Freiberger. Neben dem Studium und der Arbeit geht sie regelmäßig ins Gym und trifft sich mit Freunden. Außerdem kocht sie liebend gerne ecuadorianische Arepas :)
Lukas kommt ursprünglich aus Hessen, lebt aber schon seit er 10 war in Berlin. Er hat Physikalische Ingenieurwissenschaften an der TU studiert und arbeitet derzeit Vollzeiet in einem Ingenieursbüro für Naturgefahren-Simulationen. Neben der Arbeit geht er gerne Bouldern und Klettern und spielt abundzu mal Klavier.
Melanie und Lukas sind ein Paar , aber im Rahmen der WG sind beide trotzdem sehr offen und freuen sich auf einen regelmäßigen Austausch, ob mal gemeinsam frühstücken, beim Kochen etwas quatschen oder ein gemeinsames Abendessen :)

Melanie and Lukas live permanently in the flat.
Melanie is from Ecuador and has been living in Germany for 5 years. She is studying for a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology at TU Berlin and works as a student assistant at Freiberger. In addition to her studies and work, she regularly goes to the gym and meets up with friends. She also loves cooking Ecuadorian arepas :)
Lukas is originally from Hesse, but has lived in Berlin since he was 10. He studied physical engineering at the TU and currently works full time in an engineering office for natural hazard simulations. Outside of work, he enjoys bouldering and climbing and occasionally plays the piano.
Melanie and Lukas are a couple, but in the context of the shared flat, both are still very open and look forward to a regular exchange, whether it's having breakfast together, chatting while cooking or having dinner together :)
SONSTIGES:
Die WG hat ein großes Bad mit Badewanne/Dusche und Waschmaschine, sowie eine Küche. Darüber hinaus gibt es einen riesigen Hinterhof-Süd-Balkon mit Europaletten Couches. Direkt nebenan befindet sich eine Grundschule, von der aus man manchmal spielende Kinder hört :)
Weiterhin wird eine Anmeldung für die Zeit leider nicht möglich sein.

The apartment has a large bathroom with bath/shower and a washing machine, as well as a kitchen. Furthemore, there is a huge backyard south-facing balcony with euro-pallet couches. Right next door is an elementary school, from which you can sometimes hear children playing :)
Lastly, registration for the time will unfortunately not be possible.
