Das freie Zimmer ist ca 36m² groß und kostet 550€ pro Monat (incl Strom, Gas, Internet und was sonst so dazu gehört) und ab 01.01. frei. Es verfügt über ein Bett, Schlafcouch, Regal, Schreibtisch und mit den drei Fenstern super hell.
Außerdem Verfügt die Wohnung über eine große Wohnküche und zwei Bäder.
Leider können wir das Zimmer nur noch bis 21.2.2025 vermieten, da die Wohnung danach aufgelöst werden wird.
The free room is about 36m² in size and costs €550 per month (including electricity, gas, internet and everything else that goes with it) and from January 1st. free. It has a bed, sofa bed, shelf, desk and is super bright with three windows.
The apartment also has a large kitchen-living room and two bathrooms.
Unfortunately, we can only rent the room until February 21, 2025, as the apartment will be closed after that.
Die Wohnung ist sehr nah (unter 5min) des U- und Tram Bahnhofes Seestraße gelegen,
Eigentlich alle Orte innerhalb des S-Rings sind in ca. einer halben Stunde von dort aus erreichbar.
Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Cafes und einige Bars befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Auch mehrere Parks und ein See sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen

Many shopping facilities, restaurants, cafes and some bars are in the immediate vicinity.

Wir, eine gemischt geschlechtliche, (eigentlich) 6-er WG im Wedding (180 qm) suchen nach einem neuen Mitbewohni (ab 25 Jahren). Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner*innen sind gemischt geschlechtlich zwischen Mitte 20 und Ende 30. Für vier von uns ist Deutsch nicht die Erstsprache, weshalb wir auch oft Englisch in der WG sprechen.
Wir haben eine große Wohnküche, in der zusammen gekocht werden kann.
Neben der Wohnküche gibt noch zwei Balkone. Im eigenen Zimmer sowie gegebenenfalls auf den Balkonen kann geraucht werden, während wir das in den Gemeinschaftsräumen der Wohnung nicht möchten. Wenn es sich ergibt, verbringen wir auch mal draußen Zeit zusammen.
Die WG verfügt über zwei Bäder.
Für die WG-Organisation gibt es eine Signal-Gruppe. Außerdem haben wir einen Putzplan und versuchen alle, jeweils 1x/ Woche eine Aufgabe davon zu erledigen.
Wir dulden bei uns keinen Rassismus, Antisemitismus, Sexismus, Trans-/ Homophobie, oder sonstigen reaktionären Mist.
Wir können aktuell leider keine offiziellen Anmeldungen in der WG ermöglichen.

We, a mixed-gender, (actually) 6-person shared apartment in Wedding (180 sqm) are looking for a new roommate (aged 25 and over). Your future roommates are of mixed gender between mid-20s and late 30s. For four of us, German is not the first language, which is why we often speak English in the shared apartment.
We have a large kitchen-living room where we can cook together.
In addition to the kitchen-living room, there are two balconies. You can smoke in your own room and on the balconies if necessary, but we don't want it in the common areas of the apartment. When we get a chance, we spend time together outside.
The shared apartment has two bathrooms.
There is a signal group for the shared apartment organization. We also have a cleaning schedule and we all try to complete one task once a week.
We do not tolerate racism, anti-Semitism, sexism, trans-/homophobia, or any other reactionary crap.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to allow official registrations in the shared apartment.
