I WILL MOST LIKELY BE GONE EITHER THE ENTIRE MONTH OR HALF OF IT, SO YOU WILL BE ALONE IN THE APARTMEN.

The room is spacious with big windows overlooking the street. There is no living room in the apartment, but to make up for that the bedrooms and the terrasse connected to the kitchen are quite big. The apartment is located on the 5th floor with no elevator. Your future leg muscles will thank you🙌.

There is also a storage room in the cellar.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood bordering to Kreuzberg and Neukölln. Görlitzer park, Treptower park and Landwehrkanal are all withing walking distance.
There is a bus stop directly outside the apartment which takes you to Hermannplatz in 9 minutes, Treptower park in 5 min, and Ostreuz in 10 mins.

Edeka and Netto are right around the corner. On the ground level of the building there is a cute restaurant and an asian grocery store. There is also a post office/ Kiosk right across the street.
Friedrichshain is also not far away and easily accessible by biking/ public transport or walking.

I‘m Marie, 21 years old from Norway. I speak both German and English fluently, and study art history & cultural sciences at Humboldt university.
I love music, art, films and literature, as well as cooking, which you will most likely benefit from if you move in✨
