Hi!
I am subletting my dorm room in Halbauer Weg between the dates 01.09 and 29.09. The room is approximately 15 m2, consisting of a bedroom and a small entrance. There is a bed, a large wardrobe, 5 shelves, a desk and a chair available. The bathroom is shared with one person only. The kitchen, where you have your own cupboard and fridge shelf, is shared with more people.
The move in date is flexible. However, the keys must be returned to me by 20:00 on September 29. There is no deposit but I'll ask you to send me the total rent right before the key handover.
I will leave my router so you can use wifi, which I will ask to be returned at the end of your stay.
There is a large garden which the room faces where you can have a barbecue party with your friends as you wish. There are washing machines and dryers available in the basement, along with a gym and music room. I will provide you with the laundry card required to use the washing machines.
Anmeldung is NOT possible.
The dorm is located between S Lankwitz and U Alt Mariendorf, which gets you easily anywhere you'd like in Berlin. There are many supermarkets such as Edeka, Aldi and Penny within walking distance. There are also stores like Kik, Poco, etc. nearby.
Please only female students who do not smoke inside the room or have pets, are clean and respect neighbours .
