Wir vermieten eine Dachgeschosswohnung in Kreuzberg. Die Wohnung hat 2 Schlafzimmer, das zweite wird höchstens 1-2 mal die Woche zum Übernachten genutzt, das heißt die meiste Zeit hättest Du die ganze Wohnung zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist ca. 65 qm groß, das Schlafzimmer ca. 20 qm. Die Wohnung verfügt, außer den Schlafzimmern, über einen großen Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und eine kleine Dachterrasse. Die Wohnung sowie das Schlafzimmer selbst sind vollständig möbliert. In der Wohnung sind unter anderem sowohl Waschmaschine, als auch Trockner und Spülmaschine vorhanden. Die Untermiete ist auf 3 Monate befristet (kann unter Umständen um ein paar Monate verlängert werden). Wir freuen uns auf Anfragen, die eine kurze Beschreibung zu Person und Lebensstil beinhalten, um zu sehen, ob es passt :)
We are subletting a rooftop apartment in Kreuzberg. The apartment has 2 apartments, the second one will only be one or two nights a week max, so you’ll have the entire apartment to yourself most of the time. The apartment is about 65 square meters big, the bedroom about 25. The apartment further includes a large living/dining/kitchen area, a bathroom with bathtub and a small roofterrace. Apartment and bedroom are fully furnished (bedroom incudes a high quality 200x180 cm mattress). The apartment also has a washing machine, dryer and a dish washer. We are subletting the room for 3 months (it might eventually be possible to add some more months). We are looking forward to requests that include some information on the potential tenant and their lifestyle to see if it matches :)
Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, da sie sich im Dachgeschoss befindet, gleichzeitig liegt sie im Herzen Kreuzbergs (Maybachufer um die Ecke).
U1 und verschiedene Buslinien halten um die Ecke, die U8 ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
The apartment is quite because it is on the top floor, at the same time it is situated in the heart of Kreuzberg (Maybachufer with all its cafes and bars is around the corner).
U1 and various buses are around the corner, U8 is 10 mins walking distance.
Bis auf 1-2 mal die Woche, hast Du die ganze Wohnung zur Verfügung.
Apart from 1-2 times per week, you have the entire apartment to yourself.
Das genaue Einzugsdatum kann leicht angepasst werden. Die Monatsmiete für Oktober beträgt nur 700 Euro warm (alles inklusive).
