Das Zimmer wird, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen halbmöbliert vermietet.
Es befindet sich ein ausklappbares Bett, ein Kleiderschrank sowie ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl im Zimmer.
Die Lage ist super zentral (5 min zur U2 Bülowstr., 5 min zur U7 und S Yorkstr.), 10 min Fußweg zum Nollendorfplatz, der von vielen Cafés und Restaurants umgeben ist. Der Bus M19 fährt direkt vor der Tür ab.
Außerdem ist man schnell am Potsdamer Platz oder am Kudamm mit seiner Gedächtnis Kirche.
Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs wie Rewe ,Edeka und Rossmann sind in der Nähe und in 5 min ist man im Gleisdreieckpark.
Da ich im Zeitraum Februar '25 bis Juli ´25 kaum in Berlin sein werden, würde ich gerne ein Zimmer (ca. 14,5 m2) und die Gemeinschaftsräume Küche und Bad für den Zeitraum vermieten. Ich wäre vielleicht nur wenige Tage da im Monat, meine Tochter wird für ein Paar Tage oder am Wochenenden kommen und das anderen Zimmer benutzen. Man hätte also die meiste Zeit die Wohnung für sich allein.
