Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3 Stock und das Zimmer hat einen eigenen Balkon für private Nutzung. An meinem Zimmer ist auch noch ein Balkon. Das Zimmer ist unmöbiliert und hat eine rote Tapete, es kann nach verändert werden. Eine kleine Glühbirne ist drin, als Lampe. Ich kann auch jederzeit helfen bei Veränderung
Die Küche, der Flur und das Bad ist ausgestattet und die Küche auch mit Tisch. Jeder hat seinen eigenen Schrankplatz und Kühlschrankplatz in der Küche
Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Herd, Ofen, Wlan, Badewanne ist alles vorhanden
Die Lage ist super, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles von 5-10 min zb Rossmann, Aldi, Sparkasse… Fußweg erreichbar. Ein guter Penny 2 min entfernt. Die U2 ist 7 min Fußweg entfernt und auch die Tram, Bus und die S Bahnstation 14 min entfernt
Ruhige Lage und man ist in 10 min Schönhauser Alle
Ich bin Studentin und wünsche mir ein sauberes, friedliches Zusammenleben. Mit klarer Aufteilung für die Aufgaben im Haushalt und guter Kommunikation mit rücksichtsvollen Umgang
Gerne gemeinsam zeitverbringen, aber auch die Ruhe schätzen
