The house is well-connected to public transport, with buses, trams, and the S- & U-Bahn station Pankow just a short walk away. We’re also close to the Pankow shopping center and the scenic Schlosspark. Pankow borders Prenzlauer Berg, offering a quieter, more relaxed atmosphere while still being easily accessible. Cycling into the city is convenient, and public transport gets you to Mitte in about 25 minutes. Supermarkets are within 700 meters, making everyday errands simple.
Das Haus ist hervorragend an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden – Busse, Straßenbahnen sowie der S- und U-Bahnhof Pankow sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich auch das Pankower Einkaufszentrum und der idyllische Schlosspark. Pankow grenzt an Prenzlauer Berg und bietet eine ruhigere, entspannte Atmosphäre, während das Stadtzentrum dennoch schnell erreichbar ist. Mit dem Fahrrad gelangt man bequem in die Stadt, und mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man in etwa 25 Minuten in Mitte. Supermärkte sind nur ca. 700 Meter entfernt und somit leicht erreichbar.
This is a diverse shared apartment. I work from home, and my flatmate is busy with their studies, often coming and going. We also have a cat, so the atmosphere is usually quiet and relaxed, depending on who is around. While we don’t typically cook together, we sometimes cross paths during meals and occasionally watch movies when time allows.
Das ist eine diverse WG. Ich arbeite von zu Hause aus, und mein Mitbewohner ist mit dem Studium beschäftigt und oft unterwegs. Wir haben auch eine Katze, daher ist die Atmosphäre meist ruhig und entspannt, je nachdem, wer gerade da ist. Wir kochen nicht wirklich zusammen, treffen uns aber manchmal beim Essen und schauen gelegentlich gemeinsam Filme, wenn es passt.

It's an ideal spot for bike riders, with lush forests and beautiful lakes nearby, making it the perfect place to enjoy nature while living in the city.
Die Wohnung ist ideal für Menschen, die Katzen mögen und unseren vierbeinigen Mitbewohner gelegentlich Gesellschaft leisten. Berlin ist eine lebendige Stadt voller Leben für alle Altersgruppen, besonders im April, wenn der Frühling zurückkehrt und alles wieder grün wird. Perfekt für Fahrradfahrer, da es viele grüne Wälder und schöne Seen in der Nähe gibt – eine ideale Kombination aus Stadtleben und Natur.
