The room is on the ground floor, looking at the street so you receive a lot of light during the day, is really spacious so you can divide it in sleeping space and living room.
It count with a kitchen next to the entrance and the bathroom is right infront of the room.
From my roommates room you have direct access to the garden that haves a swinging sofa, bbq and long table to have great meals in the summer.
It comes with mattress, sofa, desk a chari and a clothes hanger.
I have a 3 meters persian rug that i can leave to you for 70€ so you start right away with nice decoration :)
Transportation
Three streets away is the ringbahn station Sonnenallee.
2 minutes walking you have the m41 and 171.
And 10 minutes walking the U7
Groceries
1 minute walking you have a Lidl
5 minutes walking a REWE and a Netto
Theres a lot of spatis also at Sonennallee that are open on sundays and until late
Misc
There’s a lot of cute cafe shops and nice places to eat around the area. Also just three streets away you have a canal, and one train stop away you have treptower park.
You will be sharing the apartment with my roommate Jessie, she is the main tenant and she makes sure that the house looks cozy and vibrant to want to stay in the whole winter. She work mostly during weekends and during the week you will find her creating punk art pieces to sell at queer art markets.
Also you will be sharing with the star of the house: Karl, a 13 years old black cat that loves to cuddle but also likes to wander in the garden and be fed with wet food mornings and nights. So it will be a great company for the coming cold months.
The house is vegetarian & lactose free. Eggs, honey and some snacks with milk are not a problem.
Smoke is allowed in the whole house.
Cleaning can be planned but also we been cleaning when we feel is needed to be done, dishes needs to be done right away if possible so the kitchen is neat for the next person to enjoy it.
Theres a third person living until mid december in the other room but after that the room will be turned into an art studio.
We will be making appointments for visits next week, mostly during the mornings but is pretty flexible.
