Das Zimmer ist Möbiliert (Bett + Matratze und Matratzenschutz, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, 4 Klappstühle, Schreibtischstuhl, 3 Kallaxregale, zwei Teppiche und eine große Lampe an der Decke).
Das Zimmer verfügt über einen Balkon, auf dem auch bei Absprache geraucht werden kann.
Das Zimmer kann gut abgedunkelt werden, da große dicke Vorhänge angebracht sind. Die Fenster und die Balkontür sind gut isoliert.
Gute Lage zwischen U Kleistpark und S+U Yorckstraße (Großgörschenstr.) aber trotzdem ruhige Straße am Haus.
Da das Haus in der Nähe des U Kleistpark liegt ist auch insgesamt die Verbindung gut -> U7, S1, S2, S25, S26, Busslinien: 187, M48, M85, 106, 243.
Unsere WG ist eigentlich eine Frauen WG, aber nach Absprache mit den Mitbewohnerinnen kann auch eine männliche (bzw. andersgeschlechtliche) Person einziehen. Momentan also ca bis März wohnt noch ein männlicher Mitbewohner im Zimmer einer Mitbewohnerin, da sie momentan ihr Auslandssemester macht. Bisher sind alle Mitbewohnerinnen Studentinnen (Kulturwissenschaften, Soziale Arbeit, Jura), einige aber eben auch zusätzlich berufstätig. Es ist egal ob du studierst, berufstätig bist, etc. Hauptsache das Zusammenleben funktioniert. Die WG wurde extern zusammengestellt, weswegen ein WG-Casting auch nicht nötig ist.
Jede Woche gibt es zweimal (Mittwochs und Samstags) einen großen Lebensmittelmarkt. Im Sommer findet alle zwei Wochen ein Flohmarkt am selben Ort statt.
Der Mietvertrag ist zwar befristet, aber kann jedes Jahr problemlos verlängert werden.
