Hello, I'm searching for someone to take over my room for approx. 6 weeks.
It's 750 Euro in total with no additional costs.
The flat is 2 minutes from a bus station and 10 from S Plänterwald or S Baumschulenweg.
There is a supermarket close by and a little forest as well.
When you go straight through the forest there is wonderful view on the Spree... and the Treptower Park very close by.
Bycicling to Neukölln takes approx. 10 minutes.
Please consider that it's 500 for the month of January + 250 for the 2 weeks in February.

Normally we are 2 girls living here and have a very friendly and relaxed atmosphare with each other. Due to I will be gone we might wont have the chance to get to know each other, but my flat mate is a very nice person and I'm sure you will get along very well.
When it comes to the cleaning, we were normally exchanging turns, but I'm sure you will find a suitable arrangement.
Other then that just enjoy your stay in Berlin ;)
