The room is 27sqm big. It has the most beautiful stuck on the sealing. Also it’s fully furnished. With a bed, a desk, a sideboard for clothes and a grand piano, which is only slightly out of tune :)
You can enjoy the sun from a French balcony.

The apartment is located between hasenheide and admiralsbrücke. In front of the house there is the M41 going as well as that Hermannplatz, Kottbusser Tor and Südstern are 5 to 7 min away.
You have the best Sri Lankan restaurant at the corner, several bars, spätis, bakery, restaurants, netto and edeka as well as bio company.
To get to the night area graefekiez or weserkiez you need 10 min by feed.

Also to relax at Tempelhofer Feld only takes you a 15 min walk.

We rent a beautiful room in a big apartment filled with love in the middle of Kreuzberg. This apartment is our home since 10 years that’s why we put a lot of emphasis on the wish to keep it that way but also to describe our hospitality and warm hearted community. We cook a lot together and share a big living room with a kitchen isle, which makes it perfect to have dinner together. Also a dog lives with us in the flat, he is very gentle and cuddly.
