Das Zimmer hat eine eingebaute Schrankwand und ein Bett welches darin bleiben sollte, der Spiegel kann drin bleiben wenn du willst.
Das Zimmer hat eine Westausrichtung zum grünen Innenhof, ist dementsprechend sehr leise.
Es hat hohe Decken und den Rest sieht man eigentlich auf den Bildern.
Die Küche hat eine Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und alles was man sonst so braucht. Im Bad gibt es eine (kleine) Badewanne mit Dusche.
Es gibt einen kleinen Flur welcher die Zimmer und Küche/Bad verbindet.
Es gibt auch einen Balkon an meinem Zimmer dieser kann aber meistens mitbenutzt werden.

The room has a built-in wardrobe and a bed which should stay in it, there is also a huge mirror in there which you can use if you want.
The room has a west orientation to the green courtyard, so it is pretty quiet.
The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher and everything else you need. The bathroom has a (small) bathtub with shower.
There is a small corridor/entrance way connecting the rooms & a balcony connected to my room but it can likely be used most of the time.

Von der Wohnung sind es 6min zu Fuß zum Südkreuz und ca. 12min bis zum Feld.
Eine Bushaltestelle (184 & 248) ist 1min zu fuß weg.
Es gibt einen kleinen Edeka 1min fußläufig von hier ansonsten sind ein Aldi und Lidl jeweils so 10-15min zu fuß entfernt. Das viertel in dem die Wohnung liegt ist sehr grün und sowohl zum Feld als auch zum Gleisdreieckpark kommt man sehr schnell (mit dem Fahrrad in 5min).

From the flat it is a 6-minute walk to Südkreuz and about 12 minutes to the field.
There is a bus stop 1min away (184 & 248).
There is a small Edeka 1min walk from here otherwise an Aldi and Lidl are each about 10-15min walk away. The neighbourhood in which the flat is located is very green and both the field and the Gleisdreieckpark can be reached very quickly (by bike in 5min).

Ich suche eine*n Mitbewohner*in da meine Freundin mit welcher ich hier wohne aktuell einen Master im Ausland macht. Dementsprechend ist eins der zwei Zimmer befristet zu vermieten (12 Monate kann evtl. um 6 Monate verlängert werden).
Ich möchte keine Zweck WG, ich bin aktuell freelance berufstätig und hätte gerne jemand mit halbwegs geregeltem Tagesablauf. Also niemand der*die hier unter der Woche mit irgendwelchen randoms Aftern will...

I am looking for a flatmate as my girlfriend, with whom I live here, is currently doing a Master's degree abroad. Accordingly, one of the two rooms is to be rented for a limited period (12 months with the possibility to be extended by 6 months).
I don't want a purpose-built flat share, I am currently working freelance and would like someone with a reasonably regular daily routine. So please nobody who will come back from the club during the week to after here with random people...
I would also like someone who is occasionally up for doing stuff together such as cooking, partying, sports, etc.
No right-wingers, Schwurbler, sexists or other weirdos please.
