Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit Schränken und Bett. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und wird auch so untervermietet. Neben dem Zimmer befindet sich eine große Wohnküche mit zusätzlicher Arbeitsfläche.
Die Wohnung liegt im Hinterhaus und ist daher sehr ruhig.

Direkt am U-Bahnhof Seestraße (Tram, Bus, Ubahn), mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt und Shopping) vor Ort und 2 großen Parks (Schillerpark und Goethepark) um die Ecke.
Die Straße ist ruhig, da sie eine Nebenstraße der Hauptverkehrsstraße ist.

Meine Mitbewohnerin ist voll berufstätig und daher findet das WG Leben eher mal bei einem Cafe oder beim Abendessen statt. Das WG Leben ist sehr ruhig und rücksichtsvoll. Wir sind eine vegetarische WG und würde es bevorzugen kein Fleisch im Kühlschrank zu haben.

Leider keine Anmeldung in der Wohnung möglich. Allerdings besteht die Option auf Verlängerung.
