Hello everyone.
I’m leaving the city and I’ll be renting my room for January and part of February.
The room is large, bright and fully furnished: bed, desk, sofa, tv, wardrobe and some plants. You would be their official caretaker during this time.
There’s also a balcony. If you smoke, I ask you to do it there :)
The apartment is located in Graefekiez, a beautiful quiet area, with plenty of cafes and restaurants around. Super central between Hermannplatz and Südstern and very well connected with U8, U7 and the M41 bus.
