Hello everyone.
I’m leaving the city and I’ll be renting my room for January and part of February.
The room is large, bright and fully furnished: bed, desk, sofa, tv, wardrobe and some plants. You would be their official caretaker during this time.
There’s also a balcony. If you smoke, I ask you to do it there :)
The apartment is located in Graefekiez, a beautiful quiet area, with plenty of cafes and restaurants around. Super central between Hermannplatz and Südstern and very well connected with U8, U7 and the M41 bus.

You would be sharing the apartment with my roommate Edo during this period. It’s very important to us that you are clean, tidy and a chill person.
